Yvonne has magic hands which have helped with my swollen ankles. The whole experience is amazing and I would recommend her treatments. Well being and relaxation both at the treatment session and afterwards are worth their weight in gold.

Well, where do I begin? Yvonne has helped me in more ways than I could imagine. I go for RLD ( reflexology lymph drainage) weekly & it has made such a difference in my mobility. From the moment you step through the door you are greeted with a friendly smile! I completely relax during my sessions, soothing music gets me in my 'zone' & I feel completely refreshed afterwards. I also have the pleasure of Bella, ( her cockapoo) during my session, who makes me feel extra special. If anyone is thinking of having Reflexology I recommend Yvonne 110%. She gives me the confidence that I otherwise wouldn't have. She also cares about all her clients, extra personal touch goes a long way.

Yvonne is brilliant! She creates a lovely relaxing atmosphere and tailors each session to my requirement at the time. Yvonne has been brilliant in my reflexology sessions and has managed to rebalance a very busy body and mind! I have endometriosis, for the past 3 years I have had 3 surgeries, hospital admissions and medication after medication fail. I had severe levels of pain, bloating and nausea every single day, of which were effecting both my personal and professional lives. I was recommended reflexology by a friend and stumbled upon Yvonne’s page and I’m so glad I did. I’ve had 5 sessions so far and the difference I’ve noticed already is incredible, my pain has significantly reduced, as has my bloating and nausea, and any flares up I’ve had have not only halved in the amount of pain but also the time they are around from days to hours. She has made me realise things about my body I never knew before and day to day I’m much less tense and stressed. People around me have noticed a difference in me already saying I now have the spark back in my eye again. I am so pleased I’ve found Yvonne and have been singing her praises to anyone who will listen!

I went to see Yvonne when I was pregnant. What a lovely lady. Yvonne makes you feel so relaxed which is so important and even more important during COVID times. Yvonne is extremely easy to talk too and so knowledgeable. At the end of each session Yvonne always gave me leaflets with great information. My baby was in the back to back position and Yvonne was successfully able to turn her when I was late into my third trimester.

Yvonne is so lovely, she puts you at ease right away and is incredibly warm and inviting; very easy to talk to! The sessions are very relaxing and help me to pay attention to what my body is saying. I couldn’t recommend more!

I started seeing Yvonne again late into my third pregnancy as the baby was in a transverse position. After a few sessions I felt the baby move and at my most recent hospital appointment they confirmed the baby was head down!! Yvonne always makes you feel really relaxed and at ease and provides great advice. I would highly recommend Yvonne to anyone who is pregnant and considering reflexology to prepare them for birth and generally to help relax your mindset. I started seeing Yvonne quite late into my pregnancy with sciatic and pelvic pain. I had never had any reflexology before and couldn’t believe the difference it made after just one session. The sciatic pain never returned and the pelvic pain remained manageable with the labour preparation sessions I also booked. My experience with Yvonne was excellent. She offered lots of good advice in the lead up to my birth and the sessions were invaluable in preparing myself and keeping all the late pregnancy aches and pains in check. I originally went to Yvonne to help with my stress levels as I was on the long journey of getting pregnant through IVF. Yvonne was amazing from the get go. At our initial appointment she listened to all my issues and treated me, over a course of about a year and a half, which helped so much. I still plan to keep up my treatments even after having had a beautiful baby girl!

My visits to Yvonne for reflexology have helped tremendously with my anxiety- not only her amazing reflexology techniques but also words of wisdom I’m often in need of!! When I had a nasty chest infection that the doctors could not sort despite numerous antibiotics and inhalers, one visit to Yvonne for lymph drainage reflexology gave me my first cough free night in 6 weeks!! Amazing!!Yvonne’s designated reflexology room is very relaxing, warm and comfortable-the perfect environment to benefit fully from treatment! And Yvonne has a very calming aura which compliments the treatments perfectly 😊

I had never even heard of reflexology before I met Yvonne. I opted for the back massages when I initially visited her, which was mostly due to ignorance at first. Then when I learned more about reflexology, I was VERY skeptical. I mean, how effective could prodding at my feet actually be, right?! I considered it a bit too spiritual 'mumbo-jumbo' for me and cast it aside. However, after discussing with some of my colleagues at work, I decided to give it a try. I had been struggling with stress and anxiety and no other methods had been working for me, so I thought there was no harm in trying it. If I didn't like it, I'd just go back to the back massages. I was surprised at how much Yvonne was able to 'read' from my feet in the first few sessions. She could tell that I was struggling with work but she also identified some deep-seated issues within my personal life, which I had never even mentioned to her before. The real testament to the therapy came much later. I am the kind of person who is fuelled by my emotions. If something makes me sad, angry, happy, etc, I'm there fully. If something angers me, it's very difficult for me to take a step back and assess: I'm just MAD and that's all there is to it. I'd never been able get a handle on this despite my best efforts. Until Yvonne. With the combined efforts of her reflexology therapy as well as some helpful tips and tricks to help myself 'check in' when I'm in a life situation, I've been able to successfully get a grip on my emotions. The real testament came this past week, when I conducted one of the biggest and most important presentations of my career. I should've been a mess. I should've been worried and anxious and scared. And I was, but the difference was I was able to control it. That had simply never happened before. On top of all this, Yvonne has this unique ability to make you feel like you're her only client. She's friendly, relatable and reliable. I look forward to seeing her every month, and miss her when I don't! She's helped me immensely, and I'm a firm believer in reflexology. It's not 'mumbo-jumbo'. 🙂

Love my sessions with Yvonne, I suffered from swollen ankles for years which made my legs ache and finding comfortable shoes a real chore. Yvonne did a lymph drainage and I now have shapely ankles and no longer have to search out wider fittings, in fact I have had to clear out several pairs of shoes that are now way too big!! Even this hot summer didn't make much difference and I'm now more relaxed while shoe shopping!! Looking forward to my next relaxing treatment and Yvonne's magic touch.

Having reflexology from Yvonne is what I always look forward for. She is Amazing and makes my whole body feel healed. I suffer from servers endometriosis, and this really helps balancing my body and really helps my pain. I have tried many different reflexologist, but no one come close to Yvonne. Yvonne is an excellent reflexologist. She also is full of great advice and provides listening ear. I originally went to see her to improve my immune system as I was catching so many colds and bugs. One year later I have not had a cold in over 12 months.

Yvonne's reflexology is excellent as she provides a holistic approach ensuring you leave physically and mentally relaxed. I've been to see her for many years but most recently I went with my second pregnancy as I was diagnosed as breach. After treatment with Yvonne a scan today showed that the baby is now in the right position. Yvonne also ensures that you have plenty of relevant, useful info so I now have some great pregnancy yoga exercises that I can carry on with and have made sure that I have been tested for Group B strep.

Had an amazing treatment with Yvonne... a mixture of reflexology and Thai Massage... so relaxing; I very nearly fell asleep. Thanks Yvonne!

I've been seeing Yvonne throughout the last few months or so of my pregnancy- the reflexology has helped enormously to manage those nagging pregnancy symptoms as well as putting me in a relaxed and positive frame Of mind! I have been seeing Yvonne for just over a year and am so happy that my migraines have almost become a thing of the past. They weren't the initial reason I began treatments, but what a fantastic, positive result! I always feel full of energy after a treatment.

I was the total sceptic ! Yvonne actually demonstrated to me my body reacting which told her where I had a problem. I had given no clue as why I was there other than her being recommended.She was straightforward and kind and to my total surprise I have another session booked which I look forward too.This I should add is without any pressure from Yvonne as she was not at all pushy.

Saw Yvonne for the first time last week. Aside from insomnia, I have been suffering from circulation problems, particularly my feet/toes feeling icy cold and cramping mostly in the evenings/night time. Towards the end of the treatment all the toes on my right foot (apart from big toe) cramped up and I had to get up and hop about .... but from that point on, my feet and hands now feel warm again and there has been no cramping, enabling me to sleep well. Yvonne was professional and had lots of advice for me. I will be going back again and have already recommended her to my friends.

I have been having reflexology with Yvonne for the over 5 years. I started when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter and she helped me with the feeling of sickness and other pregnancy issues. Yvonne tried everything to help me with going into labour but my daughter was being stubborn and need a c-section. She helped with the recovery after and I still have reflexology once a month even now which helps balance out all my body and hormones. It helps me a lot.

I started having reflexology with Yvonne about a year ago. After having problems with my neck/back, intermittent sleeping issues and frustrations at work Yvonne always seems to make me feel better with her treatments. Taking the time to find out how I am each time before tweaking my treatment accordingly always has positive results. I always look forward to my 45 mins of relaxation and often don't want to leave!! When my daughter was born, a friend recommended baby reflex to help her with sleep patterns and digestion. I can honestly say it was one of the best mother-baby experiences I could have chosen! The course was a great way to bond with my new born as well as being full of useful, practical advice that I still use to this day. During one session, Yvonne was demonstrating a relaxing technique I could use, when my daughter actually fell asleep! I would thoroughly recommend the course.
