Welcome to Yvonne Owen Counselling and Reflexology in Epsom and online.

Personalised, flexible counselling support for you

Life can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or just plain hard at times. If you’re struggling, you’re not alone.

I offer professional counselling in Surrey and online across the UK and abroad, providing a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, build resilience, and feel more in control of your life.

If you prefer face to face counselling you can choose from the calming therapy room in Stoneleigh or Walk and Talk therapy in nearby Nonsuch Park, Epsom.

Sessions are offered in the evenings and weekends as well as during the daytimes Mon-Fri.

I'm passionate about ensuring therapy is inclusive, flexible and accessible to everyone.

Counselling for Anxiety, Grief, Infertility and Life Challenges

I provide counselling for young people, teenagers and adults facing a range of challenges. This includes anxiety counselling, grief and bereavement support, family difficulties, relationships and infertility counselling. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you better understand your experiences and find a way through.

Counselling for Teenagers, Young People and Adults

I'm proud to be a volunteer with the NHS Youth Counselling Service, supporting teenagers and young people with the challenges they may be facing.  In both my NHS and private work, I aim to create a calm, welcoming and confidential space where you feel heard, understood and supported.

Couples Counselling

Relationships can hit a rocky patch at any stage of life and I'm here to offer a non-judgemental, pro-active space where both people feel heard.  Working together, we can identify the true feelings beneath the emotions and find ways to improve how we communicate our needs. This leads to a better understanding of our relationship and highlights areas that are key to improving the relationship.

A Pluralistic Approach to Counselling

I offer pluralistic counselling, a flexible and collaborative approach to therapy. This means there is no “one-size-fits-all” method. Instead, we work together to find the therapeutic approaches that suit you best, drawing from different techniques to meet your individual needs, values and goals.

A Supportive and Collaborative Therapy Space

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role as a counsellor is to work alongside you, offering support, insight and practical tools. Together, we will adapt the process to what works best for you, helping you move towards positive change at your own pace.

I'm proud to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, offering a safe, inclusive space for all.

Bella, my therapy dog, can join your session if you would like her to. She provides comfort, calm, and emotional support in the therapy room.
