Counselling for Adults in Epsom and Online

Support That’s Tailored For You

Life can feel overwhelming at times.  Whether you're facing a specific issue like anxiety, relationship difficulties, fertility challenges or grief, or you're simply feeling stuck, lost, or low without knowing exactly why.

I offer counselling for adults in Epsom and online, creating a calm, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on and begin to move forward.

I also offer Couples Counselling

As a pluralistic counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your unique needs. My style is relaxed, non-judgmental, and client-led—we work together at your pace, in a way that feels right for you.

Counselling can support you in many areas, including:

  • Stress, anxiety, or burnout
  • Low mood or depression
  • Life transitions or feeling "stuck"
  • Relationship or family issues
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Identity, purpose, or direction

Areas I’m especially passionate about

The Fertility Journey

I have a special interest in supporting individuals and couples through the fertility journey. This can be a deeply personal and often isolating experience, and I offer a safe, understanding space to explore the complex emotions it brings.

I have trained with BICA (British Infertility Counselling Association) to work specifically with clients experiencing fertility challenges. Fertility counselling offers you a chance to talk openly about the emotional impact of infertility, IVF, miscarriage, donor conception and other complex decisions you may be facing. It can help you process grief, manage stress, improve communication with partners, and regain a sense of control during a time that can feel uncertain and overwhelming.

Grief and Bereavement

Separately, I also have a special interest in grief and bereavement counselling, working with people who are navigating the loss of a loved one or coping with unresolved grief. Whether your loss is recent or from the past, I provide compassionate support to help you process your emotions and find a way forward.

I have trained with Cruse Bereavement Support, a leading organisation in the UK for grief and loss. I have also trained with Sands, the UK's leading pregnancy and baby loss charity.  Grief counselling offers a supportive space to talk about your loss, understand your emotions, and find your way through the pain. Counselling can help you process overwhelming feelings, reduce isolation, and begin to rebuild life around your loss—at your own pace and in your own way.

Why have counselling?

Whether you're new to therapy or coming back to it, I offer a space where you can feel understood, supported, and free to explore what matters to you.

You don’t need to have all the answers—or even a clear question. Just a willingness to talk is enough to begin.

How to Get Started

If you're considering counselling, I offer a free 20-minute Discovery call so you can ask questions, talk through what you're looking for, and see if working together feels right
